Computer has been fixed. The Dell man came by yesterday and put an new modem card in my computer so now I can once again go online. Since my last post, I have been administering then injections but haven't been very faithful with the diet. There have been many celebrations in my life in the last week. End of school staff luncheon, two retirement parties and a graduation party. I am beginning the diet in earnest today and hope to see big losses in the near future.

Good to see you back Sheila, i absolutly hate when i have computer problems i have to call my son who lives an hour away to fix it. Time to get back to buisness then eh :D
Dell are awesome when it comes to warranty and replacing computer parts, i had a hard drive problem and there was a dell guy at my door the next day with a new one. Good thing your back online and now time to give us more updates on progress of weight loss. :)
