Life Happening
It seems like when I a ready to get serious with my diet, life happens. Wednesday, I went to the dentist for an emergency root canal. I had been doing so well on my diet but after coming home and sleeping off the pain, I couldn't find anything soft to eat. I ended up eating a peanut butter sandwich and as they say things went downhill from there. Things are so hectic here. I am trying to get ready for a six week trip to California. I don't know if I should continue the injections and try to be good on vacation or just wait until we get back from California. Does anyone out there have any suggestions? Help!

seems like quite the pickle of a situation you have there, what did you end up doing? stop by for an update sheila we are all wondering what happened to you.....
dont let your mind worry too much shelia, im sure everything will work out in the end, keep positive and god will do the rest.
still waiting for an update sheila? what happened to you the last update i see you were at 199. How much further are you on your way to the target goal of 130lbs?

hi sheila, it seems you are in a dilemma, i think i can help you out. well just try keeping a plan for all the days even when you are here ar not. keep the plan going on and you will see the results. i think you should keep the injections for when you come back so that there are no confusion about it. for the plan, just try have a some fruits and fruits drinks for breakfast, some chicken with salad at noon, a fruit for snack whenever you are hungry and for dinner some lean meat with salad. if you try this then i'm sure you're going to rock. take care and keep on going

I hope you're taking a break while in California - it really is stressful to try and travel and do the protocol at the same time. The break could do you good, and you can still make good choices while you're gone. Your body will probably appreciate the break, as well. See you when you get back!

hi Sheila, i would recomend you stop it and go for vacation but that doesn't mean that you take up all the weight that you have loss but be ojn a small diet an dthen when you come back you can start the injections! have a nice trip and don't think too much about it... just enjoy and take care!
i just had 4 wisom teeth removed and let me tell you the pain was so bad i couldnt do anything for days, i dont know how bad a root canal is but you should take care for at least a week after such problems. Take Care.
